Water Heater Replacement - Rental Property

Ogden, Utah based family, the Lindsey’s, were moving to a new home in Taylor, Utah after a long search for their ideal rental property. The Lindsey’s put in a lot of work to cleanup the home in partnership with the owners prior to moving in. During the prep work, they heard a dripping noise while cleaning out the air vents that sounded concerning. 

The Lindsey’s called HillPro to check out the problem. Their tight timeline to move into the property had this on a rush order! Jeremy inspected the issue and found that the home’s old water heater unit was leaking water from the release valve. He also found that the old water heater was overheating, causing concern for potential safety issues for the family. 

Our team was able to replace the old water heater with a new Classic Series Rheem unit within a day to ensure the family could move into their new home. To save frustration for everyone involved, we worked directly with the Lindsey’s to install the unit while invoicing the landlords directly. This saved time for everyone while making sure to take care of the needs of our customers!
